Doris Pooser
Founder, CEO & President As the daughter of a sought after 5th Avenue designer and seamstress, Doris Pooser was immersed in fashion from an early age. Doris earned a degree in mathematics, but her love of fashion never faltered. In the 1980s, she entered the image-consulting field. It was a burgeoning industry spawned by companies like Color Me Beautiful. Using her background in mathematics, Doris made an impact on the industry by re-conceptualizing how color, shape and style were measured. In addition, Doris made use of her experience as a computer programmer to further improve and expand the industry’s core services. She designed algorithms and matrices to create the proprietary Personal Profile® Application Doris is the author of seven best-selling books on personal style, published in nine countries and over 500,000 copies have been sold in the US. She has personally trained thousands of corporate trainers, image and fashion consultants, personal shoppers and sales personnel. Always in style graduates have gone on to take positions at companies such as Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, and JC Penney. As a style expert, Doris has been featured on all of the major television networks including Lifetime, CNN, Fox and QVC. She has also been featured in many magazines including Marie Claire, Woman’s World, and O Magazine. Doris, Fortune 500 keynote speaker, is a member of National Speakers Association, The Fashion Group, AICI and the Accessories Council. Reenie Henry SVP, Sales and Training Reenie Henry boasts over 20 years of experience in Promotion, Management, Marketing and Sales. She is a sought after public speaker on topics such as business and economic development. In addition, she has successfully created strategic business partnerships with several Fortune 500 companies. As a certified always in style trainer, Reenie Henry has comprehensive knowledge of the Personal Profile® software and its use as a powerful tool to help both individuals and professional organizations. Her entertaining and informative training sessions cover such topics as self-esteem, image and personal style, presentation skills, personal packaging, body language, travel and dining etiquette, and relationships in the work place. Melissa Skoog Director, Content and Merchandizing Melissa Skoog has over 14 years of experience in the Fashion Industry and specializes in fashion editorial, merchandising and public relations specifically in identifying and creating trends; developing, producing and selling style-right products. Melissa began her career at Vogue Magazine working directly for editor-in-chief, Anna Wintour, and as an Associate Accessories Market Editor before becoming the Accessories Editor for Marie Claire magazine, under the leadership of Glenda Bailey. After her stint in Retail Merchandizing at Banana Republic, San Francisco where she was responsible and recognized for silhouette, style and materials and identifying best selling products, Melissa worked in Prada where she rose to rose to become Vice President of Public Relations overseeing US PR, Media, and Special Events for Prada Men’s and Women’s. With her extensive experience in both publishing and merchandising, Melissa is the strong bridge between the business and PR arms of the fashion industry. |
